Keyholding Services
How do I protect my business?
With our dedicated 24 hour service, your alarm activation is dealt with by Surety Keyholding Limited. On Surety Keyholding Ltd being notified by the central station, we will attend your property immediately and promptly and conduct an external search of the property. We will then enter your property and silence the alarm and conduct a further search of the internal premises. We check for signs of intrusion and/or areas which may have triggered the alarm. We would then examine the area of the activation, the problem would be rectified and the alarm system reset and the property re-secured. WE WILL NOT LEAVE YOUR PREMISES UNTIL THIS HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT – see Surety Keyholding Ltd Guarantee. On the next working day, in business hours, a member of our team would contact you to follow up on the report and ensure everything was carried out to your satisfaction.
Questions to ask yourself:
Would you recommend your current keyholder to other businesses and contacts?
Upon reflection, are you receiving an efficient, fair and friendly service?
If you answered no to either or both of these questions then please contact us to take the first step towards a company that exceeds customer expectations.
